How to Order

• Order Online- fast and secure available 24 hours 7 days a week 

• Order by Telephone- call toll free 1.866.208.0341 to place your order EST 9 a.m to 5 p.m. 

• Order by Fax- follow the online check out process and select the “order by fax” option, print out your order form and fax to 866.308.3742 

• Order by check or postal money order payable to SpecialKreations. select “mail check” during the online order process and send us a personal check or money order in the amount of your order to address below. 

Order Processing

All orders are shipped within 5 business days with the exception of personalized embroidery that may take up to one week.  IF YOU NEED IT SOONER- Please state your NEEDED BY date in the comment section of your check out cart and we will expedite your order.  We will do our best to create your order and ship via USPS Priority Mail verses next day shipping options to save you shipping costs. For more information on shipping options please see SHIPPING below.

Sales Tax

Sales Tax is collected only on orders sent within the state of Massachusetts.

Gift Wrap

Gift Wrap your order for a small fee of $3.00.  We will wrap your present with extra care and enclose your special welcome message.  Select this option during check out.

Payment Methods

• Mastercard and Visa accepted via our secure server ordering process, fax, telephone or US mail. 

• Personal Checks and Money Orders- Please note: We are currently only able to accept postal money orders and personal checks denominated in US Dollars and drawn on a US Bank. 

• Paypal; SpecialKreations is Paypal verified, select Paypal option during check out.

International Information

International Ordering: You may order via our online secure shopping cart via Credit Card or Paypal. We apologize for any inconvenience but at this time, Personal checks and Money Orders are not accepted for international orders.

International Shipping: Orders are shipped via Global Priority mail, the most cost effective way. Please note that higher shipping rates apply to international orders.  You may contact us for exact shipping costs prior to completing your order. We are unable to track or insure international packages. SpecialKreations will not be held responsible lost international packages after they leave our office. International orders must be sent to the address that the credit card bills to.

SHIPPING

We work hard to provide you the best shipping rates possible for your order.  For most small orders, USPS Priority Mail offers the best rate and you can get your package in as little as two days.  To be conservative, please plan on your package arriving 2-4 days after shipping.

UPS Ground and UPS Next Day is available to US destinations, select this option during your check out to view rates for your order.

Would like us to ship your gift to a different address?  Complete the Ship To section or enter address in the comments box with the correct destination and we will take care of the details for the standard shipping cost. 

Please note: Our shopping cart does not allow for multiple delivery addresses at this time.  If you need to place an order and have individual items shipped to multiple locations place each order separately or place your order via phone/fax/mail. Each address in a multiple address order will be treated as a new order with appropriate shipping costs added. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to bring you this option in the future.

ALASKA, HAWAII, APO and orders being shipped outside the United States should contact us for a ship quote before confirming your order as higher rates may apply.

Privacy

Our mailing list is proprietary.  We will not sell your name, address, phone number and/or any related information to a third party for any reason.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied, for any reason at all, you may exchange or return your purchase.  Please call for a return Merchandise Authorization number before shipping any materials back.  We do not refund shipping charges or reimburse for the cost of returning items to SpecialKreations.  All returns or exchanges can be made within 30 days of receipt.
